Swimming is a good form of exercise according to my doctor. Ever since then, I have always made out time to swim at least once in a week. I know always known how to swim from my teenage years.

Yes, we all know how to swim very well here. We are very willing to teach others who come to our island on vacation. It feels good teaching them.
