Swimming is a good form of exercise according to my doctor. Ever since then, I have always made out time to swim at least once in a week. I know always known how to swim from my teenage years.

It's a must to do because you are at a place you needed it most. From my guessing, people living in island will be better in swimming than others than will come for vacation.
