Have you experience toy defects?

When I was buying a certain toy in a certain mall in my place, I discovered that the toys that I buy has a factory defects which I din't notice when I was buying them. It was really disappointing for me since I would still go back to the establishment where I buy the toys. I was really sad when I tried to request for a replacement because they say that is was the last stock that was available.
