How do you balance working and home activities?

Working and focusing on becoming a better person won't always be easy. As a person, how are you able to balance the challenges that you have in going to work daily and handling the day-to-day activities at home?

It's not easy at all to be a person talk more of handling challenges of the days. There's no big deal there, I always do the ones I can do in the morning and go to work, then come back to complete them. Some days, I'm exhausted while other days I have energy to finish up.

I don't work at home which is why I don't have to worry about finding a way to balance working at home or anything that's related to work.

Even if you go out daily to work, I think it is necessary to have a balance mentally, physically and emotionally of the way you behave at the workplace and home. The way you spend at the workplace and how you spend at home. If there is no balance, there will surely be an issue.
