My kids are both into toys and computer games. Although both of them have advantages and disadvantages i assure that they have access to them. What do you think is much better toys or computer games? -
Disinfecting your toys
Toys are susceptible to germs and bacteria, i always see to it that all of my kids toys are washed and disinfected. One method i use in disinfecting toys is spraying it with alcohol mist while rubbing it with a clean cloth. Do you do this method? If not, what method are you using/ -

Your best time to go to bed?
Nowadays one should be adaptive in our working environment, there are times that working time is all the time for me:D. Although my schedule is busy, i always see to it that i have 4-6 hours of sleep in a day. Keeping this practice allows me stay healthy and endure the next day activities:).
