hahaha it really is at first well until now I still can't avoid drinking soda. but I guess I have lessen my craving for drinking one.I am trying to inline with healthy lifestyle. So hard to avoid soda.. Just an average healthy living right now.

I watch what I eat and ensure that I don't joke with my sleep. Those are the healthy lifestyle that I've live over the years.
You might think you are feeling healthy but eating everything that comes your way isn't healthy in any way. Eating twice is more appropriate than eating all the time.I think I am not into it. When it is about food, I just eat everything that is in front of me regardless of its health benefits. What matters to me is to eat completely everyday. And if exercise is what you are talking about a big no is another my answer. I do not have time for that especially if I will make it early in the morning. But luckily I feel healthy right now.

I always eat once a day and if I am too hungry, I can only eat twice a day. Too much food is not a necessity for our body system but the way and the moderation we use to eat the food.Eating all the time is never the best way to live. I would say that finding out ways to eat twice or even once a day is far more better for a better living.
Walking is another way of releasing bad energy away from the body. When I want to think, I take a walk in order to have a clear thinking.I used to not care about my weight at all, but since December last year, I tried to be more conscious with the food that I eat, as well as allotting 30 minutes every day for exercise. I also walk a lot every day, and since then I have lost 40 lbs already, and I've never been happier.
