What company do you think hates their customers?

There are people who have had terrible experiences in the past. From cases such as companies refusing to return a bad product to not apologising for bad service. Do you have an idea of a company that doesn't treat the customers well?

I haven't encountered any company that did this but the only incident I remembered was my sister going back to where she bought baking utensils but they were too dismissive to attend to her. She went home with anger.

That is awful and something that I wouldn't want to do at all. I preach good customer service and every customer deserves to get a better treatment from sellers even when there is a challenge at hand.

I once had a serious issue with the company that does a data subscription for me. It was a period when they made a mess of the internet connection, and the way they talked to me when I approached them was not what I was expecting a all.

They have a bad management and it will be had for people to stick with them. Some companies can lose their customers through their negligence and also through the way they treat their customers.

This is right. When companies and their staff don't value a customer, they will end up losing them to their rivals in the business. I work pretty hard to ensure that I stick to my customer while working on the best move that will help resolving any issue that I am having with them.

That's a good customer service. When you treat your customers right, they will come back with more businesses and more customers due to the fact they are well treated at first.
