Life has given us new dimensions to how we react in different situations and even how we relate with those close to us. The thing with sleeping is that it is like a pattern, but I've come to see that there are people that have difficulty sleeping at night.

Some of those ones that I have seen even go as far as taking some sleeping pills in order to have sound sleep at night and in as much as that is not good, I feel they have no option again. Do you find it difficult to sleep at night?
Yes , every time I stream movies from my smartphone I found myself having difficulties in sleeping. As I research about it, I found out that the blue light that our smartphone screens displays to us is one of the factors that makes us awake at night. It happens every night because I stream movies every night. But when I stop doing it , I found out that there's another factor that makes me awake at night. It's stress and problems that running to my mind. I've so many problems in our family and sometimes I can't resist to think over it even when I'm in my bed.

I started having this problem after my university days in school, we normally go for a one year youth service corp program and we are drilled in the program by the military soldiers. We hardy go to bed at night and we wake up very early in the morning by 4:00 am on daily basis.

After this one year corp program, my sleeping habit changed completely and for the worst that I need both pills and music to be able to fall asleep. I'm thinking of getting medical care for this problem.

I had to work some extra hours in the last few weeks and now sleeping became a problem to me because I am too tired. I haven't taken any sleeping pills until now but I have drunk some calming tea that proved to be really good in my problem.

Trying to find a better alternative instead of taking sleeping pills will be excellent for you. I don't really advise that you take drugs for that might prove to be really dangerous at the end of day when you now become addictive to it.

Hahaha! I would have to say that you have a good problem in the sense that those that enjoy their sleep are bound to have super best next days. On the issue of not waking up early, I would have to suggest you mind the type of food that you take on a daily basis for it can be a factor to that as well. Taking heavy food at night can make one very weak the next morning.

Yeah, I've been more mindful of my food intake the past month and in being healthy overall. I can wake up at around earlier than 7 am now without assistance haha.

I really don't sleep at night I've got insomnia. I sleep in the morning or in the afternoon. But in some instances when im super tired at night I become sleepy but I'll just take a nap for an hour and I'll be awake again.

Difficulty in sleeping depends on my mood during the night. When I am excited or anxious, I definitely will not be able to sleep early. However when I am stressed from work or tired, I can sleep in just 2 minutes. I might not have any foundation in psychology but I think difficulty in sleeping has something to do as well with what we think during the night.

Yes, i do have problem in sleeping frequently....but i do manage it by giving my self enough time to rest. I even sleep in the morning just to compensate my lack of sleeping. I do not take sleeping pills, i just wait for it and soon it will be alright. Allowing your body heal it self and make adjustments is probably the best natural way to overcome insomnia.

I would have to say that the sleeps you take at noon and in the morning covers the ones you should be sleeping in the night and to be honest, there is no big deal about that. Those that have got big issues are the ones that doesn't sleep in the day and even find it difficult sleeping at night as well.

The difficulty we have in sleeping can truly be traced to psychology, but we can't assume that it is true in all cases as we can get to see that there are those ones that would want to sleep in the night, but always find it difficult doing so. This has got nothing to do with whether they are tired or not.

It took me hours of facing my laptop at night before I feel sleepy. It is hard for me to find my sleep when it is night. But when I do a lot of things in the morning that made me tired that is the only reason i fell asleep easily.

My struggles on sleeping at night started when I worked as a barista when I was still studying in college. I am always on the night shift and from then on my body is always alive at night.
Additional temptations were playstation and smartphones keeps me awake. Online games keeps me busy. Netflix series made me unaware of the time and made sleeping at night even worse.
But I'm still okay. Still trying to make a change to fix my sleeping habit.

I do have the same problem when I was still in College. It is really hard for me to sleep at night because I can feel too much energy running in my body even though it's already late at night. But fortunately, I figured out a way to solve that problem. Every afternoon, I am making sure to have at least a 10km run. I also trim down the volume of my food during dinner. It makes me feel tired and longing for my bed, that is why I fell asleep early. I hope this will also applicable on others.

I would have to commend you to being able to find a better solution that really works for you when it comes to the matter of having issues with sleeping. This is one thing that has given most of the people I know huge concern, but as I read what you said now, I felt there is now a good reason to say that this is one of the solution that would be adopted by anyone in this type of situation.

Yeah. I am hoping that it would also work for others. It is such a huge issue and concern nowadays, no wonder why many sleeping pills are now being offered in the market. But taking up sleeping pills should be the last thing to be considered in dealing a sleepless night.

Yes, I face problems sleeping at night, but it doesn't happen all the time. Usually, when I'm stressed or anxious, I find myself unable to sleep. Sometimes, when I'm getting myself to sleep, my mind starts drifting in thoughts. So, I spend the entire night just thinking and imagining about random events. Moreover, I also cannot sleep after watching a movie or after using a smartphone for long periods of time.

Yes, I am. I am having a hard time sleeping at night even though I am so tired for the whole day. But my solution for that is I keep my self busy all day and I dont sleep at day. So at night I can sleep immediately. Also never drink coffee at night or any drinks with caffeine because we all know that energy drinks will keep us awake all night. So avoid drinking coffees and energy drinks specially at night. But if you are still experiencing hard time sleeping for already a month you should already consult your doctor.

I'm elated to have your opinion on this matter and the thing is that I never knew that taking coffee at night can make one have sleepless night. I'm going to be tell my pal to stop taking such drinks and see how it's going to improve. Also, when it comes to not sleeping in the day, that is a good idea as well. Although, it is not really easy to do, but that is a good way to enjoy sleep later at night.

I think your statement is quite contradicting. You've mentioned that you are having a hard time sleeping at night, even though you are so tired the whole day. Then you said that your solution is to keep yourself busy all day and don't sleep in the morning. Well, technically that kind of activities would make you feel so tired. But I agree, not drinking caffeinated drinks or energy drinks may somehow help you to sleep early.

Yes. I hate to admit it, but that is really the case. I really have a weird sleeping pattern. Sometimes, I go to bed early and most of the time I really have difficulty in sleeping even though I stay in bed waiting for doze off. I'm a bit of a chronic over thinker and I easily get stressed out if something troubles or bothers me. Another thing is, I find night time the time where my mindset is really awake and feel more energetic or eager to do work in the wee hours of the day. So I guess, my reasons are both positive and negative. I wish I could sort it out so that my sleeping pattern would be better.

Yes, especially when I'm in emotionally pain. I can't sleep well if I have bigger problems than the normal ones. I'm experiencing overthinking and it makes harder for me to sleep at night just like crying most of the night.
