Coffee is my energizer, I drink a coffee every morning to keep me fresh and active. If I don't drink my coffee in the morning I will be nervous, sleepy and not as sociable as I use to be. Do you drink coffee, how many cups do you drink in one day?

I also drink coffee everyday. Being that I work at a graveyard shift, I really need something to keep me awake for full 8 hours. I drink coffee before the start of my shift. Sometimes I drink another one in the middle part of my shift. It makes me hyper and helps me activate my brain. I also don't feel efficient without drinking coffee. I know too much of it is not good for our health so I'm trying my best to just drink once a day or skip a day without it.

I've never been fond of coffee although I drink sometimes. I guess I just got used to not drinking coffee since no one in my family ever drank it. Right now I just drink milk/chocolate milk or orange juice in the mornings, even just water is enough if they're not available.

I always drink coffee everyday, I prefer coffee than milk, every morning I cannot take breakfast without coffee in my kitchen table. Whenever I drink coffee in the morning I feel like I'm energetic, I feel like alive.
Also when the weather is cold or rainy days, I always drink coffee.

I was not trained in the way to always drink coffee. I am even trying to take more of tea as I am aware that I need to take it so as to remain focused on the task that I plan to do.

This is just like the way that I was brought up in my family as well. I don't really see the need for us to make that big push as it is not going to make any big changes for us at the end.

Coffee and tea are incredibly healthy beverages. Most types contain caffeine, a substance that may boost your mood, metabolism and mental and physical performance. However, high doses of caffeine may have unpleasant and even dangerous side effects. So, I limit myself from 4-5 cups of coffee a week.

coffee is not really and energizer to me, its more of a wake up drink for me, It keeps me awake whenever I feel sleepy specially when I am at the office, coffee is my last resort to keep my eyes wide awake and be focus on my work, well I guess that's what caffeine are made out for, to keep you awake and sharp.

Drinking a cup of coffee every morning during breakfast is already routine for me. Sometimes I like it brewed if its available, but usually I take the 3-in-1 coffee mix. I used to buy pure coffee but it always harden inside the bottle and have a rancid taste. I mix my coffee with VCO and some other food supplements and that really makes me going throughout the day. Many medical specialists have a high regard for the nutritive benefits of drinking coffee and I think I believe it because I've seen many old folks drink 'em even at their old ripe age.

I also drink coffee every morning. And when I was in diet I drink coffee maybe 3 times a day to overcome my hunger. Coffee gives me energy eventhought I only eat one meal a day. It really helps me in my diet back then.

I don't drink coffee everyday but I like the taste of coffee. I drink coffee when I have colds. It is my remedies for my runny nose. I drink coffee when it is freezing cold. Sometimes, I drink cold coffee when I am with my partner. We are used to go to coffee shops in our dates

I don't drink coffee as much as I used to. I still take it from time to time. But it's not really suitable for someone like me.

Yes, it's better to drink when you really need to. Some people kind of get hooked in it. Its taste can be somewhat addictive for some of us.

I'm glad you're aware of its effects on the body. It's like sugar. While it may give you energy when you need it, it also has its drawbacks. One effect is being a bit shaky after consuming too much caffeine. Excess intake can also cause headache for most coffee drinkers.

I like your style. It's best to keep things simple. While coffee is a nice enough drink, we shouldn't get used to drinking it regularly. The problem starts when you start to drink more and more until you overdose on caffeine. :D

Coffee is great when taken in moderation. It can lift your spirits and give comfort. I prefer drinking it with a milky and chocolate taste.

I remember the times that I drink coffee because it makes me alive during those times that I need to be awake in order to review my lessons and finish my homework. Coffee becomes my partner since my school life and until now, I barely need coffee as my stress reliever.

Yeah, me too. Actually even before sleep, I used to drink a cup coffee, maybe that's the reason why sometimes it's hard for me to sleep, but that's my routine. I drink 3 to 4 glasses a day, and more during my night shift.
