Pop vinyl head defect?

Bought this Marty Mcfly pop today. Wasn't cheap. But under the head looks like this. Haven't noticed this before on any of my other pops. Is it normal?

I couldn't really tell without seeing other ones of this kind of Pop vinyl to be honest to be able to compare. Is the head stable or does it have some kind of movement that it shouldn't have when you touch the head? I wouldn't be too concerned if the Pop Vinyl is pretty solid and you have no issues with it.
