Actually I sleep nearly in midnight and I know that it is not good in my health. I guess the best time to go sleep is around seven or eight in the evening and I ensure that after you wake up, you fell energize and great. :D -

Sometimes yes, sometimes not because there are instances that I cannot sleep at night I don't know why. The reason I cannot sleep is there just are involuntary things that comes up in mind when I lay in may bed. But the time I am pretty tired I can sleep directly. :D -

Actually I a kind of person who is religious but sadly to say that I don't go church regularly due to many works to do because I'm in a college right now. I have lot of things to do as a student but of course I don't forget praying. Still I go to our church but not regularly. :) -
