We all have a way that is normally comfortable for us to sleep in. Some do like covering up with bed sheets even after wearing cloths while some don't fancy putting on any cloths at all, not to talk more of covering with bed spread.

Now, the part that I have interest in is sleeping with or without a pillow. Personally, I can't sleep comfortably without using a pillow to support my big head, I do enjoy my sleep more with a pillow than without one.images (43).jpg

Of course with pillow, and more more pillow. I can't sleep and will not be able to sleep without my pillows. It is not comfortable to have a single pillow because I personally like hugging my pillow and surrounding myself with lots of it. I will always have a good night sleep with my comfy, fluffy pillows.

I can't sleep too flat on the bed, I prefer to have something under my head to elevate it a bit. One fluffy pillow is enough for me. I also sleep more comfortable with a hotdog pillow on the side lol.

This is absolutely the life and sleeping pattern of a single living individual. We always have more than one pillow in bed, the ones we place under our head, ones we hug tight, ones for keeping our feet raised up a little bit. At least, a minimum of 3 pillows is what I would have in bed, nothing below that number. Having 3 pillows makes my sleep more enjoyable and comfortable for me.

It's only few persons that I have personally seen not to fancy making use of a pillow when sleeping. My kid sister is one of such people, her reason being that sleeping with pillows affects her neck. I think there was one occasion she complained about having neck pains after sleeping with one of my pillows. Even when the pillow is very soft, it still wasn't comfortable for her to make use of.

I could just not imagine having to sleep on a bed without a pillow. I have never actually bothered to try it throughout the whole site but I can't even lie down on the bed without a pillow because it's just uncomfortable and after a while, it just feels weird. I guess if you are used to it, it won't feel that weird but since I'm used to sleeping with a pillow, especially from a young age, it would just be way too difficult for me to get used to sleeping without a pillow.

I always use an anatomic pillow since I have back pain problems. Before that, I liked my head very high. Doctors think a high positioned head was the main reason for my backache. When purchasing an anatomic pillow everybody should include an anatomic mattress. It is like sleeping on a cloud.

Maybe you guys will think that I am a strange man but I prefer to sleep without a pillow. Evry time when I am using a pillow my neck hurts in the morning, so I gave up on my pillow. My wife laughs at me every time she sees me sleeping this way but this is the way I am feeling comfortable.

@walet That's not strange at all. Both of my parents sleep the same way. I suppose you use your hand as a pillow. :D

Definitely with pillows, if you do not have someone to sleep with you in your bed then you can use your pillow, cradle on it and think of your pillow as if it is your women.

With pillows of course. It will be pain in the back and neck if I sleep without one. It is easier to have a comfort sleeping with a pillow. Plus it is a must especially when it is cold. A one to hug. :D

With pillow. I always use two pillows for my head 1 as my foot rest and 1 pillow each on my side. I feel so comfortable and warm when surrounded with pillows and at the same I get to fall asleep easier.

I use pillows, yes. But not for my head to rest on. I use my pillows for cuddling, that's all. I hate it when my head is not aligned with my back. It's like I'm looking down or something, except I'm laying down. Sleeping with a pillow under my head always give me neck pain and back pain.

I prefer not to use pillows when I got to bed. I read in some articles that using pillows is not advisable especially thick pillows because it might put pressure in the neck and my cause headache, cervical pain and stiffness that is why I prefer not to use one.

I love to sleep with pillows that are not so big and not so small. I'm not comfortable without any pillow under my head when I'm going to sleep. I like soft pillows and with a color of red or blue. I don't like to sleep without pillows.

Pillows makes sleep more enjoyable, there is no argument on that. Sometimes people who can sleep well without needing pillow amaze me because I don't think I would ever be comfortable to nap even for 30 minutes without using a pillow at least one to support my head.

Do you know about micro pillows? I love having those ones as well on my bed. They serve little purposes that the big pillows cannot do for me. The person who designed pillows need an honorary award because his invention is good for human health.

In truth, I'm not surprised at all that you don't fancy to sleep without a pillow. For the record, my kid sister is that way too. She doesn't like sleeping with any pillows as well. She says it gives her neck pains after using it.
